Information Systems Coordinator

Ensure smooth and efficient running of Information Systems Department.

Handle network infrastructure, SQL servers, Microsoft Exchange and Visual Basic.

Analyze, troubleshoot and manage server operation, and network infrastructures.

Support company’s medical operating system and electronic medical record system.

Develop, execute and upgrade company’s medical operating system.

Ensure operational hardware and software systems and perform at an acceptable level.

Administer and extend systems support for faculty, staff and students in fully online degree courses.

Employ instructional technology management techniques to enable online learning.

Develop online courses, design and develop customized documentation and training and engage in instructional design.

Coordinate on additional instructional technology for online courses.

Develop and deliver training sessions and online tutorials.
