• Follow all standard operating procedures, as prescribed by the hotel and Dubai Municipality.
• Ensure gymnasium is operated in accordance with the Health & Safety Policies & Procedures of the hotel.
• Liaise with line management and guests on a daily basis.
• Formulate marketing plans and activities to maximize the use of the gymnasium.
• Liaise with all colleagues in a fair and professional manner, concentrating on development of the business and colleagues skills.
• Prepare the checklist needed.
• Maintain Resort guest / member fitness records.
• Instruct fitness activity skills to a client using fitness equipment.
• Customize gym instructional skills to include specific areas of expertise current in the fitness industry.
• Undertake client induction and screening.
• Provide orientation to clients.
• Assist / Guide the clients to use the headsets.
• Maintain the cleanliness in the fitness assessment room.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of services and products of the Resort.
• Maintain the stock inventory of Myoplex product available.
