Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the CRM database and make suggestions for improvement.
• Develop and maintain accurate dashboards to measure the KPIs of the medical team, including the medical visits and related sales performance.
• Train the Medical Representatives team on Veeva tool.
• Manage the reporting system of the BA and sales team.
Veeva system ownership:
Managing all the requests for customers list in alignment with One key list.
• Support in market research & analytics and multichannel activities.
