Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Classifying Medical Devices in order to gain clearance for importation from Ministry of Health.

• Apply for Import Permits and shipment clearance for clearance at the port.

• Follow up with the distributors for all required documents.

• Classifying Medical Devices in order to gain clearance for importation from Ministry of Health.

• Registering Medical Devices with Ministry of Health.

• Taking appropriate actions for Field Actions and Recalls.

• Ensure compliance with UAE MOH regulations to import and distribute medical devices.

• Acquiring appropriate quality certificates from Manufacturers as per requirement.

• Registration and renewal of all MOH Licenses.

• Advising on Regulatory requirements for each Medical Device.

• Ensuring that the company’s regulatory and statutory requirements are met.

• Plan, undertake and oversee regulatory inspection while liaising with the regulatory authorities

.• Ensure quality standards are met and data reports are submitted within the given time period
