SAS Data Integration & Analytics

• Extract and analyze customer and product data to drive product strategy for Business Lines.
• Formulate success metrics for completely novel products along with business lines.
• Design, build and use tools for understanding how our bank’s products perform.
• Design and analyze experiments to test new product ideas.
• Develop new algorithms and models to improve our products.
• Work closely with colleagues in MIS to identify and answer important product questions by using appropriate statistical techniques on available data.
• Communicate findings to product managers and segment managers across business lines.
• Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources.
• Work closely with the Business Units to identify and address their BI and reporting requirements and identify a standard list of approved reports.
• Work closely with the MIS team to coordinate efforts to capture and promote BI and reporting best practices.
• Use and enhance MIS information Processes.
• Communicate and coordinate MIS processes and interactions with the Business Units BI Champions.
• Develop an internal bank BI & Reporting Community of Practices.
• Collaborate with other functions of the CIO Office through information processes to ensure policies/procedure and standards are followed for the function
