The company was established by a group of consultants, with over 30 years of international practice enriched and enhanced by an academic background. The company was initially established in 2007 under the name of House of Management for Consultancy & Training, but with the death of one of its partners, the company was re-established in 2009 under the name of House of Management for Training and Consultancy
