We are hiring an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the operations and management of hospitality and hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Facilities Head in daily operations and maintenance activities.
Monitor equipment performance and supervise repair schedules.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
Prepare reports on facility operations and compliance.
Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed.
Support team management and staff training initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
4-5 years of facilities management experience preferably in hotels or hospitality.
Knowledge of facility systems maintenance and compliance.
Advantage: experience in VVIP or royal household projects across the GCC.
Open to candidates abroad willing to relocate to the UAE.
Compensation: AED per month benefits (negotiable).
