Job Summary (List Format):
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies procedures and protocols
- Create and implement data protection and recovery plans
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR HIPAA)
- Monitor systems servers and networks for security threats and anomalies
- Respond to data breaches malware attacks and other security incidents
- Conduct forensic analysis and maintain incident response plans
- Perform regular risk assessments penetration testing and security audits
- Identify report and remediate system vulnerabilities
- Manage and update security infrastructure including firewalls IDS/IPS antivirus and endpoint protection
- Train employees on security best practices and conduct awareness programs
- Simulate data loss scenarios to test recovery plans and organizational readiness
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve security posture
- Continuously evaluate and upgrade security measures and protocols
Desired Candidate Profile (Summary):
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity Information Technology or related field
- 5 7 years of experience in IT security roles
- Strong knowledge of network security encryption and access control
- Experience with SIEM tools vulnerability scanners and compliance frameworks
