Black & Grey HR is recruiting an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to join our clients team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking an ideal candidate to join their executive leadership team and drive strategic growth initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader with deep industry insight commercial acumen and the ability to identify and secure large-scale marble and natural stone projects across the UAE and GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and high-value marble projects within the construction hospitality commercial and luxury real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers contractors architects consultants and other key decision-makers.
- Lead the end-to-end bidding and proposal process for large-scale tenders and contracts.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (design project management operations) to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and networking forums to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Drive revenue growth profitability and long-term client retention.
Requirements
- 10 years of business development experience in the marble natural stone construction or fit-out industries.
- Strong commercial network and proven success in securing multi-million dollar projects in the region.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and results.
- Exceptional negotiation communication and leadership skills.
-UAE/GCC market knowledge and a deep understanding of project sales cycles.
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Architecture or a related field; MBA is a plus.
