Manage working capital in compliance with contractual arrangements and policies.
Forecast revenue (backlog) and reconcile against actuals.
Monitor performance and highlight any risks to the Deals Finance Lead / Business Unit Leaders.
Compile reports on business performance by Partner Business Unit Accounts etc. as required.
Provide training and coaching to other team members as needed.
Prepare budgets and reforecasts by Business Unit and consolidate at Line of Service (LoS) level.
Review costs ensuring compliance with firm policy.
Supply auditors with the required information pertaining to engagement economics.
Review Net Investment / Working Capital at a LoS level and identify any exposures / risks Leadership needs to be made aware of for appropriate decision-making and planning.
Promote best practices across business units and improve regional team collaboration.
Bachelors degree in accounting finance economics or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
6-8 years of Finance or Accounting experience within a professional services firm.
Professional certification (CPA CMA ACCA etc.) is a plus.
Extensive experience working with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel Outlook PowerPoint etc.)
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferable.
Comfortable working across departments and regions; able to interact efficiently with senior members across the firm / region.
Affinity to work with quantitative data.
Strong analytical and communication (oral and written) skills.
English language required Arabic is preferred
