As a Reservations Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book their stay with us. This role is vital in shaping the guest experience from the very beginning. With a strong focus on guest service attention to detail and efficient communication you will ensure all reservations are handled smoothly accurately and with the warmth and professionalism our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all room reservation inquiries by phone email or online platforms in a prompt courteous and professional manner
Ensure all reservations are processed accurately with complete guest information and preferences
Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective selling techniques and upselling where appropriate
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates packages and promotions
Liaise with front office and other departments to ensure guest expectations are met
Respond to special requests and provide personalised service whenever possible
Maintain accurate records of reservations cancellations and amendments
Handle confidential guest information with the utmost discretion
Assist with reporting and tracking reservations data as required
