We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process and acting as a liaison between management and recruitment agencies. This role requires a hands-on HR professional with a strong understanding of local labor laws and a proactive approach to supporting organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to source screen and select suitable candidates.
- Drive the internal recruitment process and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews feedback and offer management.
- Manage the complete onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation induction and orientation programs.
- Oversee offboarding procedures including exit interviews and final settlements.
- Partner with line managers to understand workforce needs and provide HR support.
- Handle employee relations conflict resolution and performance management support.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Support the implementation of HR policies procedures and employee handbooks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and processes.
- Assist in developing employee engagement strategies and culture-building activities.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and propose retention initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role.
- Prior experience working with recruitment agencies and handling onboarding processes is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
