Black & Grey HR is hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading SaaSbased technology company recognized for its innovation clientcentric approach and collaborative work environment. We are seeking motivated resultsoriented professionals to join their expanding sales team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the financial sector including banks investment firms and insurance companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at target accounts.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS platform.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product and customer success to drive client satisfaction and growth.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends competitive landscape and regulatory changes in the financial sector.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on selling SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the financial industry in Dubai and the broader Middle East region.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Valid UAE drivers license is preferred
