Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Own Visa Short Term 6 Month Extendable Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading recruitment and outsourcing company in the UAE providing topnotch services to various industries such as IT Engineering Oil & Gas Healthcare and more. Job Summary: We are currently looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a shortterm contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the recruitment industry and work with a reputable company. Key Responsibilities: Source screen and select qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards social media and referrals Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills experience and qualifications Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates Utilize recruitment tools and techniques to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in our database Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their job openings Participate in job fairs networking events and other recruitment activities to attract top talent Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment process Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the UAE Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proven track record of successfully filling job openings Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations Own visa and available to work fulltime for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a reputable company and gain valuable experience in the recruitment industry Dynamic and supportive work environment Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth Opportunity for extension or permanent placement based on performance If you are a selfmotivated and resultsdriven individual with a passion for recruitment we would love to hear from you.
