Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand their staffing requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a high standard of candidate care.
- Utilize recruitment software and databases to track candidate progress and share insights with clients.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles and industry terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
