About the Role
As Production Director you will be responsible for managing the endtoend production process ensuring that all event operations are delivered on time within budget and meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with internal teams external suppliers and senior leadership to deliver seamless event experiences across the UAE and beyond.
What Youll Do
Lead & Manage Teams Oversee internal and external production teams ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Collaborate with Event Teams Work closely with the event team to understand objectives and precise requirements.
Plan & Execute Logistics Design and execute comprehensive production plans including timelines BOQs and resource allocation.
Budget & Cost Control Estimate negotiate and manage project budgets while sourcing costeffective solutions.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination Manage supplier relationships ensure competitive bidding (minimum 3 quotes) and handle procurement.
Ensure Compliance & Safety Oversee insurance legal health and safety obligations ensuring all permissions are secured.
OnSite Oversee the setup onsite management and postevent dismantling ensuring smooth operations.
Drive Innovation Source new technologies and anticipate industry trends to enhance operational efficiency.
Optimize Processes Continuously improve internal processes workflows and production standards.
CrossDepartment Collaboration Facilitate communication between event creative and venue teams for seamless delivery.
Evaluate & Report Conduct postevent evaluations and generate performance reports to senior management.
Global Mobility Travel within the UAE and internationally to manage onsite inspections and event delivery.
About You
Operational Leader Experienced in managing complex event production processes and largescale operations.
DetailOriented & Organized Skilled in planning scheduling and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
Financially Savvy Capable of handling project budgets from inception to completion while optimizing costs.

What You Need to Apply
10 years of experience in event production or operations management.
Proven track record of delivering largescale events on time and within budget.
Deep understanding of production logistics supplier management and operational processes.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure costeffective solutions.
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
Willingness to travel as needed within the UAE and internationally.
