Sound technical knowledge about all the modalities available in Aster and Access clinics

Knowledge about the FANR guidelines and processes.

Managing the overall radiology department functioning across clinics by monitoring the leave planner and arranging resources and ensuring staff optimization

Ensure no stock outs or expiry of materials used in the department

Support HR in the recruitment of suitable candidates for the available positions.

Coordinate with radiologists in order to maintain the TAT of reports

PACs coordinator for assigning and reassigning studies based on radiologist availability

Ensure that all preventive maintenances are carried out by the biomedical team in a scheduled manner

Quality SPOC for the radiology department monitoring the performance with regards to patient safety, radiation exposures, quality of images, etc.

Training and mentoring of the team members.

Handle clinician and patient queries and concerns.
