Job Description:
1.Familiarize and strictly adhere to labor Law of UAE, including but not limited to regulations related to hiring, termination, wages, working hours, and labor rights.
2.Responsible for the expansion of recruitment channels, the company's recruitment plan, recruitment information release and resume screening; Responsible for the organization of recruitment, interviews, recruitment and onboarding procedures to ensure that all processes comply with UAE Labor regulations.
3.Assist in employee communication and resolving employee relations issues, ensuring employee satisfaction and loyalty.
