The purpose of this position is to create consistent, high-quality Chocolates. Duties include processing cocoa beans, tempering chocolate, molding chocolate, and storing chocolate properly & create a variety of chocolate confections, such as chocolate truffles, bonbons, chocolate bars, chocolate-covered fruit, and more.
The dailyresponsibilitiesof this role include: Performing all steps of our production: inspecting beans, roasting, cracking, winnowing, starting batches, tempering, foiling bars, and packaging. Tasting and evaluatingchocolatebars for flavor and quality. Cleaning and maintaining our production facility
