ROYAL CROWN INTERNATIONALE AGENCY, Inc., also known as Royal Crown Internationale or RCI, for brevity, was formed and registered by Milagros G. Fausto on May 1978, to cater and service the labor needs of construction companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With the oil boom and the rapid development of countries in the Middle East in the early 1980’s, the demand for Filipino workers grew to unprecedented heights. Correspondingly, RCI experienced a turnover growth. RCI diversified its services to further keep up with the increasing demand for professionals and skilled labor in the Middle East, concentrating mostly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. RCI started catering to the manpower requirements of electrical power utility companies, manufacturing and production companies, etc.
