Were looking for a proactive and detailoriented HR Generalist to support our HR functions and foster a positive workplace culture. Youll play a key role in talent acquisition employee relations payroll processing and HR compliance ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle endtoend recruitment from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee records HR documentation and visa processing in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Administer payroll benefits and leave management ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals and employee development programs.
- Address employee relations by handling grievances disputes and workplace concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies advising management on legal updates.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies procedures and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate training sessions engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership on HR strategies to support business growth.
Key Requirements
- 35 years of HR experience preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
- Experience in recruitment payroll processing and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
