We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As a key member of our marketing department you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer engagement and business growth.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media and traditional platforms
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
- Analyze market trends consumer behavior and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics
- Manage the marketing budget allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across all marketing channels
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including media partners agencies and influencers
- Stay uptodate with the latest marketing trends and technologies incorporating innovative approaches into marketing strategies
- Present marketing performance reports and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- 35 years of progressive marketing experience preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in datadriven decision making
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management and content management systems
- Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics tools (GA4 certification is a plus)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite WordPress and Microsoft 365
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a focus on copywriting and brand storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Familiarity with PR influencer partnerships and media outreach
- Graphic design photography and video editing skills are highly desirable
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities with a customerfocused mindset
- Uptodate knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
