Foreground is partnering with a leading outdoor media company based in the UAE to find an experienced and resultsdriven HR Manager.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and committed HR Manager to manage human resources operations and ensure smooth HR processes. This role plays a key part in recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance helping to foster a dynamic and peopleoriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws and company objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee performance reviews providing guidance and support to managers and team members.
- Address employee concerns manage conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures professionally.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal and internal requirements.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager ideally within the media advertising or marketing sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Handson experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and leadership abilities at all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity in handling sensitive employee matters.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- HR certifications such as SHRMCP PHR or CIPD are an advantage.
