Assistant Sales Manager

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agencies and event planners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the hotels client portfolio.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality or related field
• 25 years of hotel sales experience with proven track record
• Strong negotiation communication and client relationship skills
