الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the IT infrastructure and systems within the organization.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all hardware software and networking systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to all employees including nontechnical users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ITrelated issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage IT projects from conception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay uptodate with the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve the organizations IT capabilities.
- Train and mentor IT staff to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- 810 years of experience in IT with a focus on managing IT systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelors Degree in ITrelated courses or equivalent education.
- Thorough knowledge of operating systems networking hardware and software.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to nontechnical users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects.
- Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g. Cisco Microsoft CompTIA) would be advantageous.
