We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee all operations and ensure the highest standards of hospitality at our property in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage staff optimize guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations including front office housekeeping food and beverage and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain a high review score.
- Recruit train and supervise hotel staff to ensure a highperforming and motivated team.
- Monitor financial performance prepare budgets and achieve revenue and cost targets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations safety standards and company policies.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and ensure a clean safe and wellmaintained property.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build partnerships and attract new business.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations revenue management and guest service standards.
- Excellent leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
