The Operations Team
The Operations Team is the backbone of our organization responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of various aspects of your business. This team is multifaceted consisting of both technical and nontechnical support professionals. They work collaboratively to manage daytoday operations resolve issues and provide essential support to internal and external stakeholders.
The Operations Team is indispensable for maintaining efficiency managing resources and delivering highquality services. They are the problem solvers troubleshooters and coordinators who keep our business running seamlessly.
As a Tapster you will:
- Lead the design implementation and optimization of internal processes across various departments to ensure smooth operations and scalability.
- Develop and standardize workflows to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Product Engineering Sales and Customer Support) to ensure operational needs align with business goals.
- Oversee and manage integrations with external vendors such as email and SMS service providers CRM systems and other thirdparty solutions used in the operations and customer experience process.
- Work closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure that integrations are seamless uptodate and meet the operational requirements of the business.
- Ensure that vendor systems and services are optimized monitored for performance and aligned with our payment processing systems.
- Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows reduce manual intervention and enhance system performance.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure consistent service delivery.
What you will bring to the party:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Information Technology or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 5 years of experience in operations management ideally within fintech payments or a related technologydriven industry.
- Proven experience with payment gateways payment processing systems and APIs.
- Strong technical understanding of payment technologies and integration tools.
- Experience managing thirdparty integrations (email/SMS platforms CRMs cloud services etc.) in a highvolume operational environment.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. SQL Excel Tableau) to track and report on key operational metrics.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana) and process mapping tools (e.g. Lucidchart).
- Experience implementing automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
- Knowledge of AIdriven tools and technologies that can enhance operational efficiency (e.g. chatbots predictive analytics machine learning for decisionmaking).
- Ability to drive initiatives to adopt AIdriven automation in payment processing customer service and other operational areas.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and optimizing processes.
- Experience designing and improving operational workflows and a track record of successful process implementation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities in a fastpaced environment.
