Our client is looking for a Recruiter to join their team in Dubai.
Job Purpose:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. The role requires effective communication strategic planning and a keen understanding of the job market to ensure the companys hiring needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and role requirements.
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Source candidates using diverse recruitment tools including job boards professional networks
and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from application to onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.
Actively participate in employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
