We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead our clients culinary team. The ideal candidate has a background in highend restaurants and central kitchen operations with a flair for creativity and an eye for detail. This role will oversee all aspects of menu development food preparation and kitchen management ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute refined innovative menus tailored to the tastes of our luxury clientele
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes for highprofile events maintaining impeccable standards
- Manage and lead a team of culinary professionals in a highvolume central kitchen environment
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate closely with event planners to create custom dining experiences for VIP clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in upscale restaurants or luxury catering
- Extensive experience managing central kitchen operations
- Demonstrated expertise in highend culinary techniques and presentation for international cuisines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a highpaced environment with a focus on quality and precision
