The Role
Our client is a Fit Out Contractor based in UAE It has a diverse portfolio across various sectors such as Residential and hospitality projects and are involved in some of the most exciting projects in UAE The Position: The Business Development Manager will expand our market presence build partnerships and ensure efficient operations. This role needs a proactive strategic thinker who can balance business development and operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee the planning execution and completion of fitout projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project coordinators site managers and subcontractors fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency quality and profitability of fitout projects. Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets track expenses and ensure financial objectives are met. Provide regular financial reports to senior management. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all fitout works comply with industry standards safety regulations and client specifications. Implement quality control processes. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Resource Allocation: Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment ensuring optimal resource allocation and availability for projects. Performance Monitoring: Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related field. Experience in Joinery and FitOut is a Must Experience: 5 years of experience in operations management or project management within the fitout or construction sector with a focus on commercial project Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Indepth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the UAE.
