Job Description:
- Knowledge of shipping import and export procedures.
- Customs formalities and border formalities.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
- Checking and confirming shipping documents BL invoice packing list certificate of origin and other related documents(Arab League Bayan).
- Check all payments of supplier documents freight clearance and customs costs.
- Maintaining uptodate tracking sheets for documentation.
- Processing Submitting Documentation on time as per KPI Requirement.
- Handling all the govt portal formalities (Dubai Trade).
Qualifications
Should be any Graduate.
