Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining successful relationships with clients and driving growth within the company. The Business Development Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for business development
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in business development or related field
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Main Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Accounting team. Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all data is input correctly. Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval. Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required by the team. Handle various administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling, and coordinating meetings. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the team leader to support the overall functioning of the department.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
