How does your working day look like
- Youll be responsible for doing all preparations before and during service like preparing serving cutlery and breadbaskets.
- Youll coordinate the orders in a way that everything goes out to the guests in an efficient and timely matter.
- Youll have full knowledge of Food & Beverage Menu items to assist guests and waiting staff where needed.
- Youll assist in clearance of tables during and after service.
- Youll responsible for cleaning tasks during and after service.
- Youll help to draw up budgets and keep a businesslike eye on orders .
- You are a competent and openminded contact and sparring partner for our external concept partner.
- Youll support your colleagues with a winning smile whenever once again all the guests pile into the restaurant and want to order at the same time. On top of this youll also keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan.
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV
- Youve gained management experience in a similar role and can speak English fluently
- You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this you find it easy to communicate with charm even if its sometimes tricky
- Youre passionate about good food and drinks and enjoy discovering new concepts
- Youre a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes you openly admit it
- Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
