We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with more than 12 years of experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing outstanding user experiences for our banking mobile application and staff portal ensuring designs are intuitive functional and promote seamless user engagement. The designer must be fluent in both English and Arabic and possess a robust foundation in usercentered design principles wireframing prototyping and crafting highfidelity user interfaces tailored for a variety of audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for the banking mobile app and staff portal from initial concept to final execution.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and business analysts to identify user needs and create design solutions that enhance user experience and achieve business goals.
- Conduct user research gather insights and convert findings into wireframes prototypes and final designs.
- Ensure that designs adhere to brand guidelines are responsive across all platforms and comply with accessibility standards.
- Perform usability testing and iterate based on user feedback to continually refine product design.
- Create innovative clean and efficient UI/UX designs for mobile and web applications.
- Stay informed about industry trends design best practices and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Clearly and effectively communicate design concepts and strategies with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Over 12 years of demonstrated experience in UI/UX design ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD and InVision.
- Extensive experience in designing for mobilefirst and responsive web applications.
- A strong portfolio that illustrates expertise in user interface and user experience design for complex digital platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working collaboratively with development teams.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Experience in user research personas and journey mapping.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problemsolving skills focusing on developing elegant solutions for complex user interactions.
- Experience in financial technology or enterprise staff portals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
