Graphic Designer - Ginkgo International

The Role
Position: Graphic Designer Location: Dubai UAE Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role Salary: 4000 to 4500 AED 500 AED Performance Bonus Key Responsibilities: Conceptualizing and Creating Visuals: Develop visual content for various media including websites print ads logos and videos. Collaborating with Teams: Work with other creative team members such as copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs. Using Design Software: Utilize software like Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign to create and refine designs. Any other software which helps to create a better design. Adhering to Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all designs are consistent with the companys branding and visual identity. Presenting Ideas: Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to clients or team members for feedback. Amending Designs: Make revisions based on feedback to ensure the final product meets the companys needs.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications: Creative Flair: A strong ability to translate requirements into design and a keen eye for aesthetics and details. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software and technologies. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Time Management: Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Educational Background: A degree in Design Fine Arts or a related field is often preferred.
