JOB DESCRIPTION
SALES PRODUCTION
oPlan on a weekly monthly and annual basis
oExecuting the plan accurately
oDaily calling for Appointments to set meetings for new prospective clients
oMeeting and presenting products to new prospects
oFollowup with the existing Prospects to convert them to new Clients
oConducting Marketing Activity for new leads
oAnalyze MIS reports and take action to improve business
LEARNING EXPECTATIONS
oThorough understanding of the product and process
oWriting of daily reports and analyzing the same
oChecking the quality of daily activity and making improvements
SKILLS QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
Minimum of one year experience in outdoor Sales
Good communication skills (both oral and written)
Good analytical and arithmetical skills
Ability to conduct marketing activities
Positive attitude Persistent and Competence to work under pressure.
BUSINESS OBJECTIVE (in a calendar year)
25 Number of policies with a Collected Premium of AED.200.000 (2nd year 90% retention)
