Tasks

• Collaborate with the founder to develop and implement the overall business strategy.
• Lead business development efforts to grow the client base and explore new markets.
• Oversee operations and ensure efficient project management.
• Build and manage a highperforming team to support business growth.
• Act as the public face of the company representing it at events and with clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development strategy or leadership roles.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience in the consulting tech or training industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership communication and decisionmaking skills.
