Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager ( Native English Speakers ) to join our clients team. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nurserys operations including managing staff developing and implementing curriculum maintaining a safe and healthy environment and ensuring highquality care for all children.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of early childhood educators and support staff
Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for children
Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards for early childcare centers
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children staff and visitors
Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Monitor and manage the nurserys budget ensuring financial sustainability
Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the nursery and attract new families
Stay uptodate with current research and best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve the nurserys program
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in an early childcare setting
Knowledge of local and international regulations and standards for early childcare centers
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
Passion for providing highquality care and education for young children
Contract Details:
This is a fulltime position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for a minimum of 2 years with the possibility of extension based on performance.

The nursery is located in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The city offers a vibrant and diverse culture with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
