Job Description
We are seeking motivated and resultsdriven B2B Sales Executives to join our Clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the B2B segment. This role requires strong communication skills a deep understanding of the luxury goods market and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential business clients in the luxury goods and interior design sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers including architects interior designers developers contractors and procurement professionals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored sales strategies that align with company goals and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the unique value propositions of the companys products.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in alignment with company policies and terms.
- Track and report sales performance offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in industry events trade shows and networking activities to broaden the companys client base.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to refine and enhance product offerings based on client preferences and market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience ideally in luxury goods interior design or a related sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong network of contacts within the luxury goods and interior design industries.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for managing leads and performance tracking.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as needed.
