PR Communication Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic PR Manager to lead the public relations efforts of our client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media relations brand management and strategic communications with a proven ability to enhance the reputation of a large organization. This role demands creativity strong leadership and the ability to manage complex PR campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the organization s goals and objectives.
  
• Manage and oversee all aspects of media relations including press releases media inquiries and press conferences.
  
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets journalists and influencers to ensure positive coverage.
  
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization representing its values and vision in all publicfacing communications.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and coherent messaging across all communication channels.
  
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  
• Manage crisis communication efforts including developing response strategies and handling media inquiries during critical situations.
  
• Organize and coordinate public events including press briefings product launches and corporate events to enhance brand visibility.
  
• Lead and mentor the PR team fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in public relations with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  
• Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media relations preferably within a large organization in the UAE.
  
• Strong understanding of the UAE media landscape and cultural sensitivities.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and deliver them effectively.
  
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in PR tools and software as well as social media platforms.
