Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the OSHAD program and provide specialist advice and assistance on OSH aspects to departments.
Participate in the development of safety procedures and safety training programs.
Enforce the implementation of occupational health & safety (OSH) in line with OSHAD (Occupational Safety and Health Abu Dhabi) framework and promote awareness of its use among all company employees.
Investigate incidents and prepare reports with recommendations for resolutions.
Ensuring all mandatory reports such as Form G, Form G1, Form E, Form C, Form F, and Form E4 to SRA (Sector Regulatory Authority) are reported by departments on time.
Develop and conduct safety training programs for all employees aimed to promote incident and accident reduction and prevention among personnel.
