Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.

- Monitor and control operational costs.
- Manage the restaurant s budget and financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze performance data.
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory ordering and stocking of supplies.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Plan and oversee promotional events.
- Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the restaurants visibility.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Implement and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in hospitality management business administration or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Experience:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in customer service management.
