Restaurant Manager Female

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
   

   • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.

   • Prepare financial reports and analyze performance data.
     

5. Inventory Management:
   

   • Manage inventory ordering and stocking of supplies.
     
   • Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
     
   • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
     

6. Marketing and Promotion:
   

   • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
     
   • Plan and oversee promotional events.
     
   • Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the restaurants visibility.
     

7. Compliance and Standards:
   

   • Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations.
     
   • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
     
   • Implement and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
     

Qualifications:

1. Education:
   

   • Bachelor s degree in hospitality management business administration or a related field (preferred but not always required).
     

2. Experience:
   

   • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
     
   • Experience in customer service management.

   • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
