Senior Website Manager

So, what will you be doing? Responsibilities This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for: Owning & ensuring the team deliver on Product launches Promotions & offers Merchandising/Optimisation opportunities of products & categories to improve sales Key business projects (Working with new product development, creative, studio, operations, supply chain, and marketing where necessary) Working with brand marketing & the channel teams to understand the key themes / campaigns / product launches / seasonal messaging & how the site can support the end to end journey (homepage, plp’s, edits) - briefing creative & copy where necessary Working with Ecommerce Director & product/tech teams to review & recommend new site features and functionalities, and improvements to current tools & systems used by the team (CMS, PIM, Promotions) Manage and support 3 direct reports Work with the Director of Ecommerce to understand the performance for the website, regions, categories & products (weekly & monthly) Ensure consistency of messaging, branding and photography across the site A ‘go-to’ person for all things site We believe it's all about mindset, great skills, the right attitude and a fantastic work ethic. Proven experience in a website/ecommerce team & preferably in a scale up business Highly organised with strong communication skills A good people manager with the ability to organise workload
