Training Officer - Compliance

Accountabilities • Ensure all flight crew and cabin crew training is documented and completed in accordance with applicable GCAA regulations. • Provide assistance with compliance audits required for Etihad Crew Training by GCAA, IOSA & Internal, including follow-up actions post-audit. • Ensure that the Operations Manual Part D and Procedure Manual (Crew Training) is up-to-date and compliant with all relevant policies and procedures as stipulated in the GCAA regulations and ISARPs. • Monitor contracted service providers and suppliers to ensure that they meet regulatory and company standards within Crew Training. • Responsible for developing and maintaining automation projects that enhance regulatory compliance, ensuring that these streamline processes and uphold the highest standards of regulatory adherence.
