General Manager - Fine Dining

Our client is a leading luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai is looking for an experienced GM to lead the operations.

What will you do

To ensure that guests are fully enjoying their visit to the restaurant the GM directs and motivates the service staff to ensure that guests are having a great time.

Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand.

Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing finances.

Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing advertising and public and community programs

What are we looking for

A degree in hospitality management or relevant field.

Prior experience in large fine dining concepts is a MUST.

Excellent communication & customer service skills.

Comfort working with budgets payroll revenue and forecasting

Ability to lead big groups of people
