Key Responsibilities:
- Plan schedule and coordinate training programs and activities.
- Liaise with department managers and trainers to identify training needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain training materials manuals and other documentation.
- Track and record employee participation in training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage logistics for training sessions including booking venues arranging equipment and preparing materials.
- Communicate training schedules and details to participants.
- Assist in the creation of online training modules and elearning content.
- Provide support to trainers and facilitators during training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a training coordinator training facilitator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with elearning platforms and tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to evaluate and improve training programs.
