Administrative Support: Managing calendars scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Communication: Handling phone calls emails and correspondence often acting as a point of contact for clients and colleagues.
Doent Management: Preparing editing and filing doents reports and presentations.
Office Organization: Maintaining office supplies organizing files and ensuring the workspace is efficient and orderly.
Data Entry: Inputting and updating information in databases or spreadsheets.
Customer Service: Assisting clients or customers addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
Financial Tasks: Assisting with invoicing budgeting or basic bookkeeping as required.
