Contract Details: Fulltime

As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract recruit and retain top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized recruitment plans to meet their specific requirements. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates conducting interviews and managing the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for our clients.

Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized recruitment plans.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates through various channels such as job portals social media and networking events.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit for the role.

Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand the company culture and values to ensure the right fit for the organization.

Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement them in our recruitment process.

Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of recruitment strategies and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Strong understanding of the Emirati job market and recruitment trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Proficient in using recruitment tools and software.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
