Position Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients and internal personnel regarding project updates.
- Documentation case-related activities, communications, project updates, and decisions.
- Data entry and light data analysis (inputting data into MS Excel, filtering/sorting, basic formulas)
- Adhere to privacy regulations and organizational policies.
- Communicate with English and Spanish speaking employees and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all case-related documentation and correspondence.
- Operate effectively in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, light Excel).
- Handle various administrative tasks as needed.
