We at Truck-Legal have made it our goal to represent large and small companies (B2B) in the enforcement of their claims against well-known truck manufacturers and to ensure justice. In doing so, we focus on uncomplicated, transparent, fast and solution-oriented legal enforcement at the highest level.

Truck-Legal is very fresh on the French market and therefore we need you to really get our business going in the shortest possible time.

For the initial contact with partner companies we are therefore looking for colleagues in sales (m/f/d) who would like to work completely remotely with us on a freelance basis (patente) (40 hours per week).

Tasks

Your responsibility

• You are researching on the Internet for partner companies that are active in the field of freight forwarding/logistics and have trucks.
• You contact them by phone or e-mail and convince them of the partnership with Truck-Legal
• You explain the legal situation and the advantages of cooperation for the companies.
• You convince our partners to send us the necessary purchase doents for their trucks (e.g. purchase contract, leasing contract or invoice) as well as the vehicle identification number (VIN) in PDF format.

Requirements

Your profile

• You are not afraid to talk on the phone
• You are courageous, open and smart and can approach new partners with an open mind
• You have an excellent knowledge of French at a native level (written and spoken)
• You have a good command of English (written and spoken)
• You have a le internet connection (16Mbps/8Mbps)
• You have a laptop
• You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are full of drive
• You have excellent French language ss on a native level (written and spoken)
• You are a team player with a very good time and self-management ss and a healthy dose of humour
• Ideally, you already have experience in sales or customer service
• You can start with us on 03.04.2023 with the onboarding which lasts 1 hour maximum

Truck-Legal has the advantage for our partner companies that by defending a large number of injured parties within the framework of a "cl action", we achieve a great deal of negotiating power, thus creating bundling effects in terms of costs and efficiency for all parties involved. Our partners do not have any cost risk, because Truck-Legal takes over all costs of the legal prosecution and receives only in the case of success a commission of the obtained compensation.
